Botox
Wrinkles happen over time and can occur due to gravity, age, smoking and sun exposure. Dr Gangotra, Dental Surgeon and Expert Facial Aesthetics Practitioner of Addlestone Therapy is pleased to offer the most up to date techniques to help soften wrinkles and facial lines. Botox / Dysport is a safe and virtually pain free non-surgical wrinkle reduction technique. It has the advantage that treatment times are on average 10-20 minutes, and prices are dramatically lower than that of the equivalent surgery.
Botox / Dysport reversibly relaxes muscle tissue which can be successfully used to combat ageing associated with gravity and sun exposure. An extra fine needle is used which injects the Botox / Dysport into the facial muscles which helps them to relax. It is usually applied to the areas around the face where dermal collagen has been weakened, such as the upper lip, forehead creases, neck lines and crow’s feet (around the eye).

Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable substances used primarily in cosmetic dermatology to:
- Restore lost volume (due to aging or weight loss),
- Smooth wrinkles and fine lines, and
- Enhance facial features, such as lips, cheeks, and jawlines.
How Are They Used?
- Injected beneath the skin in targeted areas.
- Procedure typically takes 15–60 minutes.
- Minimal downtime (some swelling or bruising may occur).
- Effects are often immediate (except with collagen-stimulating fillers).
Why People Get Fillers
- Plump thin lips
- Enhance shallow contours
- Soften facial creases and wrinkles
- Improve the appearance of recessed scars
- Rejuvenate hands or other aging areas
Dermal fillers are a highly purified form of the typically naturally occurring substance hyaluronic acid. These are used to help add volume as well as plumpness to the skin in areas where there is a breakdown of tissue caused by age. They are very effective at helping to smooth the appearance of the deep wrinkles whilst enhancing the fullness of lips.
Dermal Fillers are commonly used for the lips to create the size and shape you desire and restore the lost fullness that depletes with time. The lip border and lines gradually over time becomes thinner and smaller. Injecting small amounts of dermal filler can restore a smooth defined border and a natural youthful look. At Addlestone Therapy the treatment is tailored to suit each individual, from a mild natural touch up to a more glamorous pout.
Botox in conjunction with facial fillers, such as Teoxane or Juvederm, can achieve a more youthful complexion. The combination of both Botox and Dermal Fillers really does help to give your skin a smoother and more youthful looking appearance.
Areas of use:
- Eye lines
- Mouth lines
- Smile lines on the cheeks
- Chin indentations
- Frown lines between the eyebrows

Tear Trough Filler
A cosmetic treatment used to reduce the appearance of dark circles, hollowness, and under-eye bags. It involves injecting hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers (like Restylane or Juvederm) into the tear trough area, which is the delicate under-eye region between the lower eyelid and the upper cheek.
What It Does:
- Adds volume to sunken under-eyes
- Reduces the shadowing effect that causes dark circles
- Smooths the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek
- Makes you look less tired or aged

Skin booster injections
Skin booster injections are a type of injectable treatment designed to deeply hydrate and improve the overall quality of the skin. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that add volume or reshape facial features, skin boosters work more subtly by enhancing skin texture, elasticity, hydration, and radiance.
Sunekos and Redensity 1 are offered at Addlestone Therapy.
What Are Skin Booster Injections?
Skin boosters are typically hyaluronic acid-based injections administered into the dermis (middle layer) of the skin. They help:
- Improve skin hydration from within
- Stimulate collagen production
- Enhance skin elasticity and texture
- Reduce fine lines and crepey skin
- Create a glowing, more youthful appearance
How Are They Administered?
- Treatment areas: Face, neck, décolletage, hands
- Injection method: Micro-injections using fine needles or cannulas
- Sessions needed: Typically 2–3 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart
- Maintenance: Every 6 months or as needed
Procedure & Downtime
- Duration: 20–45 minutes
- Pain: Mild (numbing cream usually applied)
- Downtime: Minimal (some swelling, redness, or bruising possible for 1–3 days)
Features
- Natural-looking results
- Non-invasive alternative to fillers
- Boosts skin health, not just appearance
- Can be combined with other treatments (like microneedling)
Who’s It For?
Ideal for people noticing early signs of aging, dullness, or dehydration — especially those in their late 20s to 50s, though it’s becoming popular even earlier as a preventative anti-aging treatment.

Sunekos
Sunekos is an injectable aesthetic treatment used in skin rejuvenation and anti-aging procedures. It’s popular in both cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine, especially for areas where the skin is delicate—like under the eyes.
What is Sunekos?
Sunekos is a patented formula made of:
- Hyaluronic acid (HA) – a substance naturally found in the skin that maintains hydration and plumpness.
- Amino acids – the building blocks of collagen and elastin (e.g., glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, lysine).
Together, this combo helps stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, improving skin quality and reducing signs of aging.
Benefits of Sunekos
- Improves skin hydration
- Reduces fine lines and wrinkles
- Increases elasticity and firmness
- Helps with dark circles and under-eye hollows
- Enhances overall skin texture and radiance
- Suitable for face, neck, décolletage, hands—and even around the eyes
How Long Do Results Last?
- Results can be visible after a couple of sessions
- Effects may last around 6 months, depending on individual skin condition and lifestyle
Is It a Filler?
No, it’s not a filler like Juvederm or Restylane. Sunekos works by stimulating your skin’s natural processes.
